The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic lettings team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a successful career within a respected, forward-thinking agency.
You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, delivering an outstanding experience to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities*Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
*Conducting property viewings and follow-ups
*Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
*Securing new tenancies and achieving agreed targets
*Progressing tenancies from offer agreed to move-in
*Liaising with landlords, tenants, referencing companies, and contractors
*Maintaining accurate records on Reapit and ensuring compliance documentation is in place
*Keeping landlords updated throughout the letting process
*Generating new business opportunities and assisting with market appraisals
*Ensuring all activity complies with current lettings legislation and company procedures
Skills & Experience*Previous experience in residential lettings preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Confident, professional, and well-presented
*Target-driven with a proactive attitude
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence preferred
