Following the successful launch of Reed Education Gloucestershire, we’re continuing to grow and are now looking for a full-time Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Cheltenham.

About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within Reed Education, you’ll support schools and education providers by sourcing and placing high-quality education professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and candidates
*Developing and managing your own recruitment desk
*Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to roles
*Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
*Delivering a high-quality, consultative service aligned with Reed’s values
Who We’re Looking For

*Experienced recruitment consultants
*Individuals from a sales, account management, or relationship-driven background looking to move into recruitment
You’ll be:
*Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by success
*Confident in building long-term relationships
*Commercially aware with a consultative approach
*Interested in developing a long-term career within recruitment
Previous education sector experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
