Overview of the role:
As a Part-Time Accounts Assistant, you will support the finance team in the day-to-day running of core accounting activities. This role ensures accurate financial data, timely processing of transactions, and smooth operation of month-end activities. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality financial information that supports effective reporting and decision-making across the business.

Key accountabilities:
*AP processing, including timely and accurate entry of supplier invoices
*Support weekly payment runs and associated documentation
*Perform reconciliations across supplier statements, bank accounts, and GL accounts
*Support prepayment and accruals accounting as part of month-end processes
*Assist with fixed asset tracking, additions, disposals, and depreciation updates
*Act as expense system) administrator, supporting queries and maintaining accurate data
