*Support the class teacher and SENCO as a SEN Teaching Assistant
*Encourage positive behaviour and engagement as a SEN Teaching Assistant
Requirements for a SEN Teaching Assistant:
*Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or with children with SEN
*A calm, patient and flexible approach as a SEN Teaching Assistant
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour support
*Available for an immediate start as a SEN Teaching Assistant
