We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Business Studies to join our thriving secondary school near Braintree from September.

The Role
· Teaching Business Studies across KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5 for the right candidate
· Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
· Assessing and monitoring pupil progress in line with school policies
· Contributing positively to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate
· A qualified teacher (or trainee) with QTS or on track to achieve it
· A passion for Business Studies and a commitment to inspiring young people
· High expectations for student achievement and behaviour
· Willingness to learn, reflect, and develop as part of a collaborative team
