Job Description:
Chelmsford / Wickford location - Car driver required due to location, Free on site parking !!
£27185 - £28115 Plus quarterly bonus !!
Monday to Friday office based full time
This company owns eight different depots across the country and this vacancy is within there modern newly renovated offices between Wickford and Chelmsford.
They are looking for someone with excellent telephone skills to be part of a team working together to deliver the ultimate hire experience . You will also update the system and liaise with other internal teams to update customers on deliveries, collections and servicing of their equipment.
Your role will be to advise and assist customers after the initial sales process in a buzzy department.
Your role will be working within a team and have the support of a team supervisor and a Customer Service Manager
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, web queries
• Provide ETAs
• Work closely with the transport planners
• Resolve customer issues i
• Answer all incoming service calls (from customers not drivers)
• Respond to all customer emails
• Manage and resolve all queries on the service log
