Customer Service Assistant - Bus Replacement ServicesLocation: Newport Train Station
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour + £100 bonus

Shifts:
*06:00 - 14:00
*14:00 - 22:00
Applicants must be flexible and able to work the majority of the date range and shift patterns.
Due to planned engineering works on the railway, bus replacement services will be operating at Newport Train Station. We are seeking friendly, professional Customer Service Assistants to support passengers during this period.
As the first or last point of contact on a customer’s journey, you’ll play a key role in ensuring passengers receive clear information, feel supported, and have a safe and positive experience.
Please note: Due to limited transport availability during these works, candidates must be local to Newport Train Station.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be involved in:
*Meeting and greeting customers as they enter and leave the station
*Providing clear guidance and information regarding bus replacement services
*Supporting customers who require additional assistance
*Helping customers navigate in and around the station
*Ensuring the safety of the station environment at all times
*Delivering a friendly, approachable, and professional customer service experience
