We are actively hiring a skilled Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role with an industry-leading FM service provider, managing prestigious flagship buildings in Central London. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance on a fixed shift rotation.
The Role At a Glance:
*Salary: Highly competitive salary up to £48,000 Per Annum
*Location: Static Role in Central London
*Schedule: Continental Shift (4 days on, 4 days off) covering Days and Nights.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform critical planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of essential building systems, including:
*Electrical Fault Finding
*UPS and Distribution Boards
*Generator & Fire/Emergency Light Testing
*Chillers, Boilers, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers, AHUs/FCUs
Requirements:
*C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
*18th Edition
*Experience in building services maintenance (commercial office experience preferred).
