Assistant Head Teacher - Worcester
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Head Teacher to join our team in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate education professional to take on a leadership role and help drive school improvement.
Role Details:
Position: Assistant Head Teacher
Location: Worcester
Pay: £225 - £267 per day

Supporting the Head Teacher with the day-to-day running of the school
Leading on key areas of school development and improvement
Supporting and mentoring teaching staff

Previous leadership experience within a school setting
Strong organisational and communication skills
A passion for education and student success
The ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
