Humanities Teacher- Full Time- ASAP Start-Solihull based secondary school (B90)
Are you a qualified teacher of humanities?
Do you feel confident delivering lessons covering a range of humanities subjects such as history, geography, RS and PSHE?
Teaching Personnel are in collaboration with a fantastic mainstream secondary school within the heart of Solihull (B90.) The successful candidate will be required to teach humanities across KS3 and KS4 and be happy to cover multiple disciplines within humanities.

Who is our ideal applicant?
- Holds a UK QTS in humanities or a humanities subject
- Confident teaching Geography, History, PSHE and RS
- Recent, relevant experience teaching humanities in a UK school
- Confident behaviour management skills & strong classroom presence
What are the responsibilities of this role?
- Plan and deliver engaging humanities lessons, appealing to the various learning needs in each class
- Assess pupil’s progress on a regular basis
- Provide informative feedback and support pupils’ development in a positive manner
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
- Confidently manage pupil behaviour and create a calm, positive classroom environment
