Job Description:
Role: Part-Time Administrator
Location: Hove
Hours: 10-15 hours per week (3 days per week)
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Start: Immediate


An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients, a well-established and professional organisation based in Hove.


Working Pattern:
*Wednesday & Friday: 9:00am - 2:00pm (fixed)
*Either Monday or Tuesday: 9:00am - 2:00pm (flexible)

The Requirements:
*Previous administration experience preferred
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Confident managing emails, calls, and general correspondence
*Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
*Professional, reliable, and approachable manner
*Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and databases)


The Role:
*Providing administrative support to the Acting Manager
*Managing incoming emails, correspondence, and telephone enquiries
*Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
*Assisting with bookings and general office administration
*Supporting membership administration processes
*Assisting with event administration (including functions and private events)
*Liaising with internal teams, members, and external contacts
*Handling confidential information appropriately
*Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties as required
