We are partnering with a premium, design-led brand operating within the high-end aquatics and lifestyle space, now looking to hire a Sales Manager to build and scale their presence across the UK.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to take ownership of a market, drive new business, and play a key role in the company’s national and international growth strategy across Europe and the Middle East.
The Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing the UK market, identifying opportunities, winning new business, and building long-term client relationships across premium sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
As a sales manager you will…
*Drive new business development across the UK market
*Identify and secure partnerships with key clients (e.g. hospitality, developers, designers, commercial projects)
*Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
*Develop relationships with architects, designers, and decision-makers in high-end projects
*Represent the brand in a professional, consultative manner aligned with a premium offering
*Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
*Provide market insights to support product positioning and growth strategy
*Support longer-term expansion into Europe and the Middle East
What you will bring:
As a sales manager you will need…
*3–8+ years’ experience in B2B sales / business development
*Proven track record of winning new business and hitting targets
*Experience selling premium / high-value products or solutions
*Background in one or more of the following is highly desirable, but not essential:
*Aquatics / pools / marine
*Luxury lifestyle or outdoor living
*Hospitality or wellness sectors
*Architectural / design-led products
*Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building a market from scratch
*Strong commercial expertise and negotiation skills
*Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
*Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and high-end clients
*Highly driven, proactive, and results-focused
*Interest in international markets and growth
