Job Description:
The National Account Manager - Retail, will be heading up the key partnerships on Sainsburys, Ocado and TK Maxx with the view to ’scale up’ potential trading with the broader grocers. The derma skincare brand has been in marked growth and this NAM role will play a pivotal part in their growth journey!

You will lead and develop commercial partnerships with key retail customers inc. Sainsburys, Ocado, TK Maxx with a strong focus on scaling up conversations with broader grocery buyers!
Responsible for delivering sustainable sales growth, profit targets and brand visibility. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to drive profitable Net Revenue growth and out performance in market.
Profile
A successful National Account Manager, Retail will have:
*Strong track record in national account management, ideally within beauty, skincare, FMCG.
*Blue-chip experience / worked with a category leading brand
*Experience managing major UK retailers such as Sainsburys, Boots or Superdrug
*Proven success in achieving sales, market share, and profit targets.
*Commercially savvy with strong analytical and financial skills.
*Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
** Must be able to access Berkshire or W. London 2 days per week
