We’re partnering with a large, highly regulated organisation on the hire of Cloud Engineers at both Engineer and Senior levels to join a growing Cloud Platform team.
This is an Azure-first, platform-focused role, working on shared cloud services rather than individual applications. You’ll be part of a long-term cloud journey, supporting and improving critical infrastructure in a mature, change-controlled environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and improvement of a central Azure cloud platform, covering monitoring, incident response, automation, and platform reliability. Senior hires will also play a key role in mentoring others and driving improvements across the platform.
What you’ll be working with
*Microsoft Azure (IaaS / PaaS)
*Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
*Kubernetes and containerised platforms
*CI/CD using GitHub Actions or similar
*Monitoring, alerting, and incident response tooling
*L2/L3 on-call support within a 24/7 rota
What they’re looking for
*Experience supporting cloud platforms in Azure
*Hands-on exposure to Terraform and automation
*Understanding of Kubernetes and container environments
*Experience working in operational / platform / SRE-leaning roles
*Comfortable working in regulated, process-driven environments
*Clear communication and collaborative approach
