Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Contract Service Administrator to support their busy Customer Service team. This is a key role providing admin support to engineers, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle inbound customer enquiries and schedule engineer visits
*Process orders, payments, and maintain accurate records
*Use CRM systems to manage job flow
*Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
*Support out-of-hours winter rota (Oct-Mar)

Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience in administration or customer service
*Strong communication and organisation skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
*Detail-focused, proactive, and calm under pressure
*Comfortable dealing with social housing tenants
*GDPR-aware and professional in approach
