Senior Marketing Analyst
London, Hybrid
Salary up to £85,000
This is a high-impact Commercial Analyst role where you will sit at the heart of commercial decision-making, turning complex data into clear, actionable insight. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, influence strategy, and help shape how data is used across a fast-paced, consumer-facing business with ambitious growth plans.

The Role
*Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover revenue opportunities and operational efficiencies.
*Partner with commercial, growth, marketing, and senior leadership teams to provide actionable recommendations.
*Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track financial and non-financial KPIs.
*Develop forecasting models, scenarios, and predictive insights to support planning and campaigns.
*Analyse sales, customer, and performance data across multiple platforms and tools.
*Support pricing, promotions, and customer behaviour analysis to drive commercial outcomes.
*Champion automation, innovation, and the adoption of modern data and AI capabilities.
*Act as a trusted analytics partner and subject matter expert across the business.
Your Skills & Experience
*Strong commercial analytics experience within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
*Advanced Excel capability, including financial modelling and complex analysis.
*Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI and large data sources or data lakes.
*Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing analytics, including attribution and performance channels.
*Solid grounding in statistical methods and translating data into business insight.
*Confident communicator, able to present complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
*Proactive mindset, comfortable owning ambiguous problems and driving insight independently.
