The Role (180 Recruitment Consultant)
This is a 180 recruitment role focused purely on candidate delivery. You will work closely with experienced Consultants and Account Managers to source, engage, and manage top-tier talent for a range of exciting client opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
*Source and identify high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
*Screen and qualify candidates through interviews and competency-based assessments
*Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
*Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment process
*Support consultants on active roles and client requirements
*Write and post engaging job advertisements
*Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, or a target-driven environment (preferred but not essential)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly motivated, resilient, and proactive mindset
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ambition to progress into a 360 recruitment role
