Commercial Analyst
Up to 85K
London - Hybrid
This is an individual contributor Analyst role focused on driving insight across marketing performance and customer behaviour. You will own end to end analysis, with a strong emphasis on marketing attribution across digital and offline channels, alongside deep customer analytics covering lifetime value, retention and behaviour. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will translate complex data into clear commercial insight, helping the business better understand where revenue is generated, how marketing spend performs, and how customer relationships can be grown over time.

We are a UK based live entertainment and ticketing organisation operating across multiple venues and sales channels. Our business combines digital ticketing, owned venues and a strong consumer brand, selling millions of tickets each year. With ambitious growth plans and recent senior commercial hires, data is becoming central to how we scale and compete.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to step into a brand new, commercially influential analytics role within a growing, consumer focused entertainment and ticketing business. We are investing heavily in data and insight, and this role will shape how analytics supports marketing effectiveness, customer growth and commercial decision making across the organisation.
*Own commercial and marketing analysis end to end, from data extraction through to insight delivery
*Analyse marketing performance and attribution across digital and offline channels, including website journeys and direct mail campaigns
*Identify where revenue is generated, including first and last touchpoints and optimisation opportunities
*Deliver customer insight covering behaviour, lifetime value, retention and segmentation
*Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
*Work closely with BI, engineering and product teams to improve dashboards and develop a more self-serve analytics environment
*Support commercial planning through forecasting, KPI tracking and performance analysis
Your Skills & Experience
*Strong commercial analytics experience with a clear focus on insight rather than pure reporting
*Advanced SQL capability and hands on experience using Power BI to communicate findings
*Solid understanding of marketing analytics and attribution across multiple channels
*Experience analysing customer behaviour, value and retention in a consumer or ecommerce environment
*Confident communicator who can influence non-technical stakeholders and spot commercial opportunities
*Comfortable operating in a standalone role and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment
