Job Description:
Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £28,000 + annual pay rises & bonus
Please note: this is a fully office-based position.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Administrator to join our client’s successful team.
Who are we?
Our client is a well-established and highly reputable business based in Milton Keynes, operating from modern, well-presented offices. They are known for creating a supportive and welcoming environment, with strong staff retention and a genuinely collaborative culture. This is a fully office-based role, working within a busy and professional team.
Benefits:

*35 hour working week
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Duties of a Sales Administrator:
*Supporting the team in progressing matters from reservation through to legal completion
*Liaising with solicitors and preparing legal documentation
*Managing exchanges and agreeing completion dates
*Providing general administrative support including letters, reports, spreadsheets, diary management and filing
*Recording reservations, cancellations, exchanges and completions on internal systems
*Maintaining accurate property and development details across internal systems and external portals
*Producing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports for management
*Coordinating information flow between departments
*Handling customer enquiries via email and telephone, ensuring all details are logged accurately
*Supporting with marketing materials and mailshots when required
*Registering plots with relevant bodies and updating systems accordingly

*Adaptable and keen to learn
*Experience within a busy, fast-paced administrative role
*Strong communication and listening skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to work to a high standard
*Confident dealing with customers and external stakeholders
*Able to work independently as well as part of a wider team
*Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
