Job Description:
Interim PMO Analyst - (Claims Automation - Fully-remote)
Duration: 6 month initial (possibility of extension)
Rate: up to £350 per day, Outside IR35
Working patterns: Fully-remote, UK.
Opus Recruitment have partnered with a UK General Insurer who’re seeking a PMO Analyst to provide support to Project Management teams on Claims Automation and transformation initiatives.
*PMO & Governance Support: Provide end-to-end PMO support for the Claims Automation project, owning project reporting, planning, risk/issue/dependency management, and ensuring adherence to governance and project management frameworks.
*Delivery & Stakeholder Liaison: Support the Project Management teams by tracking milestones, identifying delivery risks, driving follow-up actions, and acting as the interface between delivery teams and governance stakeholders; manage key meetings and document decisions/actions.
*Delivery Environment & Compliance: Operate effectively across Agile and Waterfall delivery models in compliance with company policies and data governance standards, supporting change delivery while minimising disruption to BAU operations.
About you:
*You must have a minimum of 3-5 years+ experience as a PMO Analyst
*Ideally, you’ll bring recent insurance experience in the area of Claims Transformation / Automation
*You must have valid right to work in the UK
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Experienced delivering in both Agile & Waterfall environments
*Available to start immediately or at short notice.
