Job Description:
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant who enjoys a busy and varied role managing the bank and ledgers and working in an office based environment. Then this could be the ideal job for you.

Duties
*Sales ledger, sending out all sales invoices and statements and allocating the cash
*Credit control, following up on any outstanding invoices, resolving issues and managing non payers via telephone and email
*Reporting on aged debt weekly and highlighting any concerned accounts
*Purchase ledger including entering invoices onto the system, getting authorisation to approve and preparing payment run
*Reconciling the supplier statements.
*Managing the general ledger
*Banking
*Bank reconciliations and posting
*Processing staff expenses
You will need to be able to confidently carry out all of the above duties and you maybe AAT qualified, part qualified, a studier or QBE, your experience and team fit is the most important. If you have the relevant experience, a good team player with a good work ethic and good Excel/systems then please get in touch.

*35.5 hour working week, 9am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 3pm on a Friday
