Senior Marketing Analyst
Up to 90k
London - Hybrid
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst with a strong commercial mindset to optimise marketing spend, build privacy aware attribution models, and drive funnel optimisation and cross sell across products to improve retention. The role is heavily Python and statistics focused, modelling incremental uplift from campaigns including newly launched TV advertising, and delivering clear insight to support high impact growth decisions.

The Role
You will own marketing and growth analytics, acting as a senior analytical voice across acquisition and customer journeys. This is a high impact opportunity to shape how marketing investment decisions are made across a fast growing, multi product digital business. You will sit at the centre of growth, using advanced analytics and experimentation to improve acquisition efficiency and influence strategic decision making.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Working closely with growth and marketing teams to support performance analysis and commercial decision making
*Analysing marketing spend across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and offline activity to assess effectiveness and ROI
*Tracking and evaluating the source of customer applications to understand channel contribution and performance
*Providing insight into how marketing budgets are allocated and identifying optimisation opportunities
*Developing and improving attribution models, including multi touch attribution, while accounting for privacy and tracking limitations
*Optimising customer funnels by identifying drop off points and opportunities to improve conversion
*Analysing end to end customer journeys across financial products such as credit cards and loans
*Recommending alternative product pathways for applicants who are rejected
*Building analytical and statistical models to answer complex commercial questions, including campaign incrementality and the impact of new channels such as TV advertising
*Applying experimentation and statistical modelling techniques to support business and product decisions
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring:
*Strong commercial experience in marketing or growth analytics within a digital or product led environment
*Expertise in funnel analysis, attribution, cohort analysis, and performance measurement
*Strong SQL skills and experience using Python, R, or similar analytical tools
*Hands on experience designing and analysing experiments such as A B testing and incrementality studies
*Confidence working with paid media data and collaborating closely with marketing teams
*The ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders
