The Firm
Our client is a highly regarded Top 110 Law Firm based in prestigious offices in central London. The firm is renowned for its expertise in private client, family and contentious trusts works.
The Opportunity
This is a senior and strategic role, central to driving the firm’s long-term growth plans.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Leading the development and execution of firm-wide business development strategies aligned to growth objectives
*Driving CRM adoption (e.g. InTapp), including designing processes, training and reporting frameworks
*Embedding a proactive contact management culture across the firm
*Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, sectors and referral channels
*Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on BD strategy and growth planning
*Working closely with Marketing, Finance and legal teams to ensure a consistent and effective BD approach
This is a Senior business development managerial role which requires 4 days in office, Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, permanent.
Requirements
*Minimum of 3 years experience within a law firm or professional services environment
*A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar
*Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimising CRM systems, with a focus on adoption, reporting, and strategic insights.
