Job Description:
The role of Personal Assistant based in Redditch, Birmingham. This role is part time, 22.5 hours per week and flexible working hours to suit you.

The employer is a well-established organisation within the industrial/manufacturing sector looking for a Personal Assistant to support their directors based in Redditch part time.
Description
*Manage senior management’s diaries, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
*Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
*Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation.
*Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior management.
*Organise and maintain confidential files and documents.
*Support with organising company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
*Monitor and manage email inboxes, prioritising tasks and flagging urgent matters.
*Provide general administrative support to the wider team when required.
Profile
*Experience as an Administrator or Personal Assistant.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
*Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
*A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
*Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
*Can commute to Redditch, Birmingham.
