Job Description:
We’re partnering with a globally recognised engineering business at the forefront of water management innovation. They are now looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive solutions across the South.
Client Details
My client design and deliver engineered solutions that help cities and infrastructure projects manage rainwater, prevent flooding, and improve water quality. Their technology controls the flow of stormwater during heavy rainfall, removing pollutants before it’s safely released back into the environment, while also supporting wastewater treatment plants with equipment that filters out debris and improves operational efficiency. Working closely with utilities, contractors, and engineers, they play a key role in building more resilient, sustainable water systems.
Description
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a defined territory, working closely with contractors, civil engineers, consultants, and public sector clients to drive specification and sales of high-performance water management solutions.
This is a strategic, consultative sales role where you’ll be influencing projects early in the life-cycle- supporting design, providing technical guidance, and ensuring your solutions are embedded into major infrastructure schemes.

*Develop and execute a regional sales strategy across municipal, contractor, and infrastructure markets
*Build strong relationships with consultants, engineers, and decision-makers to drive product specification
*Identify and convert new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
*Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project life-cycle
*Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
*Track pipeline activity and manage long-term project sales cycles

*Strong understanding of consultative/specification sales processes
*Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
*Self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong pipeline management skills

As well as competitive basic salary and package; if you’re looking to step into a role where technical expertise meets commercial impact, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, meaningful infrastructure projects across the UK!
