What you’ll be doing*Taking full responsibility for a diverse portfolio of high net worth individuals, families, and trusts
*Acting as a trusted adviser on complex tax planning and advisory matters
*Leading and developing a team, providing guidance and technical support
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a key point of contact
*Identifying opportunities to expand services and add value across the portfolio
*Contributing to the wider growth and strategic direction of the office
What we’re looking for*Strong background in private client tax within a practice environment
*Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships at a senior level
*Confidence in handling complex advisory work independently
*Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
*Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business growth
*CTA or equivalent qualification would be expected
