Job Description:
Role: Internal Sales Executive
Location: West Thurrock
Hours: Full time
Salary: £30,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Internal Sales Executive to join our clients successful team.
Duties of a Internal Sales Executive:
*Process customer orders accurately and check product availability
*Follow up on quotes and sales enquiries, and upsell where possible
*Manage backorders and monitor stock availability
*Handle stock returns and liaise with the Customer Care team for faulty or damaged goods
*Take ownership of customer issues and log them correctly
*Deal with customer complaints and escalate when needed
*Maintain accurate customer records and systems
*Support general customer service tasks as required
*Contribute to improving overall customer service within the branch
What we would like from you:
*Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
*Good customer service and people skills
*Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks
*Good attention to detail
*Confident using computer systems (e.g. Windows-based systems)
