Temporary Operational Support Assistant
Rawtenstall
Hours:37.5 hours per week (Core hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)
Salary: £ 12.71 per hour
Updated DBS required

About the role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Act as the first line of contact for enquiries, referrals, and installations
* Provide day-to-day operational support including answering calls, data entry, appointment booking, and distributing information.
* Schedule technician visits efficiently, optimising appointment routes.
* Liaise with service users, their families, GPs, nurses, social workers, and community organisations to coordinate care and support.
* Maintain and update accurate service user records across internal systems
* Handle sensitive information in line with data protection policies.
* Prepare documentation for new service users and respond to routine queries from stakeholders.
* Contribute to maintaining service KPIs and quality standards.
Qualifications and experience required.
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities
* Comfortable using computer systems and CRM/databases (training provided).
