Store Manager ResponsibilitiesAs Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the new store opening and ongoing performance, ensuring a successful launch and sustainable growth.
You will:
*Lead the launch and ongoing trading of a new store opening in Birmingham city centre
*Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team
*Drive store sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets
*Deliver exceptional customer experience and build strong customer loyalty
*Analyse sales performance and take action to improve results
*Increase footfall, conversion, and average transaction value
*Manage all store operations including stock, compliance, and back of house
*Ensure delivery of brand standards and operational excellence
*Work closely with marketing teams to support launch and ongoing trade activity
*Build a strong commercial and customer-focused store culture
