Store Manager ResponsibilitiesAs Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of store performance, including sales, people, and operations.
You will:
*Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
*Drive store sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets
*Deliver exceptional customer service and improve the customer experience
*Analyse sales performance and retail data to identify opportunities for growth
