We are looking for a Electrical Shift Leader to join our Commercial Property Maintenance team in London.
What you’ll do:
*Support Health & Safety compliance, team training, and carry out all work safely and diligently.
*Assist with daily supervision, including apprentices, and help complete college reports and required documentation.
*Perform planned and reactive maintenance, including equipment operation, inspection, fault finding, and repairs in line with company standards.
*Maintain accurate records, asset registers, incident reports (when assigned), and ensure timely completion of permits, material requests, and quality system requirements.
*Participate in required training, follow all policies and procedures, and carry out any additional duties within capability.
What you’ll bring to the role:
*Completed a recognised apprenticeship with City & Guilds Level 2 (minimum) and NVQ Level 3 (minimum) qualifications.
*Over 5 years’ engineering experience within the service industry, including at least 2 years of direct client-facing work.
*Strong knowledge of control systems and HVAC systems, supported by IEE 17th Edition certification.
*Holds IOSH Working Safely (minimum) and previously authorised as an LV/HV person (advantage).
*Demonstrates a solid technical foundation built through formal training, industry certifications, and hands-on operational experience.
