The RoleWe are looking for a Listings & Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our product listings and marketplace performance. This role covers both listing optimisation and marketplace advertising, with a focus on improving visibility, conversion, and overall sales performance.
You will work closely with our in-house photography and design team to produce high-quality, conversion-focused content.
Key Responsibilities*Manage and optimise product listings across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu, SHEIN, and WooCommerce
*Write and refine product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
*Carry out keyword research and implement SEO best practices
*Plan, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
*Manage eBay Promoted Listings and other marketplace advertising tools
*Monitor performance, including CTR, conversion rate, ACOS/ROAS, and make data-driven improvements
*Brief and collaborate with in-house photography and design teams for images, infographics, and A+ style content
*Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with marketplace requirements
*Manage product variations, attributes, and category structures
*Stay up to date with marketplace trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Requirements*Experience managing ecommerce listings across marketplaces, ideally Amazon and eBay
*Proven experience running Amazon PPC campaigns
*Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimisation
*Excellent written English with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable analysing data and making performance-led decisions
*Ability to manage large product ranges efficiently
Desirable*Experience with TikTok Shop, Temu, SHEIN, or WooCommerce
*Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10 or similar
*Experience within workwear, PPE, or apparel
*Understanding of conversion-focused image and content strategy
