The Role
As a Financial Planner, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, providing holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement, and estate planning. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships and delivering clear, effective financial strategies.


Key Responsibilities
*Deliver regulated financial advice across pensions, investments, and estate planning
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding individual goals and objectives
*Use cashflow modelling tools to demonstrate planning outcomes clearly
*Manage ongoing client reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
*Collaborate with paraplanning and administration teams to support client delivery
*Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals and networking
*Stay up to date with market developments, legislation, and regulatory changes
*Maintain CPD and uphold high professional standards


About You
*Minimum 5 years’ experience advising clients within financial services
*Chartered status (or close to achieving) preferred
*Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, tax planning, and retirement strategies
*Confident user of technology, including cashflow modelling tools
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Commercially aware with the ability to generate new business
*Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality advice
