Job Title: Site Engineering Manager
Location: London
Salary: £90,000 Benefits
Full Time (40 hours)
About the Role
We are recruiting a Site Engineering Manager for a leading FMCG business
You will lead the site engineering function, driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead a multi-shift engineering team
*Drive planned, preventative and reactive maintenance strategies
*Improve uptime, reliability, and OEE
*Deliver CAPEX projects and continuous improvement initiatives
*Manage budgets, contractors, and suppliers
*Ensure full H&S compliance across all engineering activity
*Work closely with production and quality teams
About You
*Engineering leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
*Strong multi-shift team management background
*Experience with Lean, CI, and maintenance systems
*CAPEX and budget management experience
*Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3)
*Strong H&S knowledge (IOSH/PUWER desirable)
