Job Description:
Customer Service Agent
*£12.71 + Bonus scheme
*Location: Poole
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Day-to-day of the role:
*Take personal ownership of each customer interaction with warmth, empathy, and efficiency.
*Handle inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally.
*Understand the customer’s situation and follow instructions and training to deliver the correct outcome.
*Document all contact information accurately, following standard operating procedures.
*Support team and operational goals including KPIs and SLAs.
*Adhere to company policies, processes, and values at all times.
*Take personal responsibility for your own health and safety at work.
*You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth running of our customer service operation and ensuring every customer receives the high standard of care they expect from us.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English & Maths.
*At least 1 year’s experience in a customer service or contact centre environment (desirable).
*Strong communication and listening skills.
*A friendly, professional approach to customer interactions.
*Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
*Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
*Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, email, internet).
*Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to self-motivate.
