A leading (re)insurer is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their London operations team.

This role offers exposure across underwriting, claims, credit control, and wider operational processes, working closely with underwriters, brokers, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
*Review and improve procedures, manuals, and exception reporting.
*Provide technical support and training to teams and external partners.
*Prepare operational and statistical reports.
*Oversee credit control and broker ledger SLAs.
*Perform Risk Capture and Event Coding QC, collaborating with underwriting teams.
*Manage banking, reconciliation, and fund allocations.
*Handle claims administration, including reconciliations, payments, and large loss notifications.
You’ll bring experience in insurance operations with exposure to underwriting or claims, alongside strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Confident in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners.

Familiarity with systems such as USM or S2000 is beneficial and a background in operational services, underwriting support, or credit control is essential.
