Job Description:
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure your first teaching role or gain valuable experience across secondary schools?

We are working closely with a range of welcoming and well-led secondary schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, offering fantastic opportunities for ECTs to begin or build their teaching careers in the right environment.

As an ECT, you will have the chance to:
*Deliver engaging lessons across your specialist subject at KS3 and KS4
*Gain experience through day-to-day supply, long-term placements, or permanent roles
*Work in supportive schools that understand the needs of Early Career Teachers
*Build confidence in classroom management and lesson delivery
*Experience different school settings before committing to a permanent role
We’re keen to hear from ECTs who:
*Have achieved (or are on track to achieve) QTS
*Are passionate about making a positive impact in the classroom
*Are enthusiastic, resilient, and eager to develop their teaching practice
*Are open to flexible opportunities or seeking their first permanent post

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
