MDM Analyst (Informatica IDMC)- Fully Remote - £450/d outside IR35
Oliver James has partnered with a leading organisation within the consumer healthcare space to support on a critical Master Data Management (MDM) initiative.
This role will play a key part in improving data quality, governance and structure across product, supplier and customer data, with a particular focus on Informatica IDMC.
Contract Details:
*3 months initial
*£450/day Outside IR35
*Fully remote
Key Responsibilities*Lead and support MDM activities across product, customer and supplier domains
*Work closely with business stakeholders to define and refine data requirements
*Improve data governance, standards and quality across core datasets
*Analyse and optimise existing data workflows and processes
*Support implementation and configuration of Informatica IDMC
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, regulatory, marketing, tech)
*Ensure alignment of data structures with product lifecycle requirements
*Document processes, standards and data models
Essential Skills*Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
*Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (non-negotiable)
*Experience working with SAP environments
*Strong data analysis and data quality management capability
*Experience defining data standards, taxonomies and hierarchies
*Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
*Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable Skills*Experience within consumer healthcare or FMCG
*Understanding of product lifecycle data (packaging, branding, variants etc.)
*Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven environments
*Experience working across global or multi-region data sets
*Background in data governance frameworks
