Job Description:
Year 4 Teacher (Full-Time, Fixed Term)
Poole, Dorset (BH12)
Start Date: After May Half Term
Contract: Fixed term until the end of the academic year (with potential to extend beyond September)
Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive school community in Poole (BH12) on a full-time, fixed-term basis from after May half term until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extension into the new academic year from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate practitioner to make a meaningful impact within a well-established Key Stage 2 setting.
About the Role*Full-time class teacher responsibility for a Year 4 class
*Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
*Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
*Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate Will:*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience desirable)
*Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
*Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning
*Have a nurturing, flexible, and proactive approach
