Reed Education is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join its established and high-performing Education team in Reading, focusing on Primary Schools.
This is a well-developed and commercially successful desk with a strong portfolio of existing school clients and an active candidate base, offering excellent earning potential—circa £6k per week in established billings.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
*Managing a busy and established client portfolio across local primary schools
*Delivering a high standard of account management (approximately 80% of the role)
*Undertaking targeted new business development (around 20%) to support growth
*Recruiting teaching and support staff across your client base
*Building long-term relationships with schools and education professionals
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively.
