Drive transformation and quality in Asset Servicing as a Functional Test Associate in a dynamic, cross-functional team.
As an Functional Test Associate in Cross Product Change Services, you will provide Business Testing Analysis to support Asset Servicing Transformation for the Securities Services line of business. You will operate in a cross-business, cross-functional, project-based environment, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality solution.
Job Responsibilities:
*Deliver end-to-end testing across Asset Servicing technical flows, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process.
*Document and execute test scenarios, including identifying specific scenarios and writing test scripts in LLM.
*Provide accurate testing estimates during daily calls and meetings.
*Monitor and report testing defects, manage the re-testing process, and ensure timely resolution.
*Validate and present test results for internal sign-off.
*Utilize test automation tools to enable efficient and timely end-to-end test execution.
*Identify opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes for assigned projects, sharing information with team members for validation prior to implementation.
*Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
*Experience in Custody Corporate Actions processing, particularly US domestic and income processing.
*Familiarity with applications such as TCS BaNCS and related upstream/downstream systems.
*Relevant testing experience within the financial services industry, supporting multiple lines of business in a complex, high-volume environment.
*Expertise in Agile project delivery methodology, with the ability to learn and adapt to evolving methodologies.
*Proficient in defining requirements, documenting user stories, and developing test scripts through to test execution.
*Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and oversee critical testing tasks accurately and within tight deadlines.
*Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prevent errors and highlight redundancies or opportunities.
*Advanced numeracy and Microsoft Office skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to provide clear and succinct updates to team members, colleagues, senior leaders, executives, and clients.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet stakeholder expectations.
*Self-starter, able to work independently with strong time management skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
*Experience with test automation tools for efficient end-to-end test execution.
*Skilled in problem solving, able to scope and structure complex issues, quickly learn unfamiliar processes, and provide timely remediation.
*Ability to maintain strategic focus, identify areas for process improvement, and develop recommendations.
*Proficient in systemic, data-driven reporting to support program updates.
*Ability to liaise effectively between lines of business, demonstrating empathy and understanding to achieve common goals.
*Proficient in PowerPoint and Pitch Pro, able to create professional presentations with minimal input and review.
*Collaborative approach, with effective influencing skills to achieve positive outcomes.
