The role:


*Delivering exciting, engaging lessons that bring learning to life

*Supporting pupils to grow academically, socially, and emotionally

*Ability to adapt lesson plan or teaching style in order to suit all needs

The most suitable candidate for this role, should:


*Holds full QTS (Qualified Teaching Status)
*A genuine passion for working with children and educational development
*Someone energetic, creative, and full of fresh ideas
*A strong classroom presence with a nurturing approach
*Previous experience working in a primary school
*Strong behaviour management skills
*Someone who believes every child can succeed-with the right support
*DBS on the update service or willingness to process a new one with us
*Local to Harborne, Birmingham

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
