Customer Service & Sales Assistant
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
This is more than a front desk role—it’s your chance to be at the centre of a vibrant student community. As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, creating a welcoming, supportive, and engaging environment from the moment they arrive. You’ll combine excellent customer service with a natural flair for sales, helping turn enquiries into happy residents while ensuring everyone feels at home.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for every resident and visitor
*Act as a friendly and approachable presence at reception, handling queries with professionalism and care
*Resolve issues efficiently, always putting people first
*Conduct property tours and confidently convert enquiries into bookings
*Support occupancy goals through proactive sales activity
*Assist with events and community initiatives to enhance resident engagement
*Work closely with the General Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
*Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
*Confident, approachable, and a strong communicator
*Experienced in customer service, sales, or hospitality (preferred)
*Proactive, adaptable, and able to think on your feet
*Comfortable using digital tools and systems
