Job Description:
Housing Officer (3-Month Contract) Location: Glasgow - Hybrid & community-based
Duration: 3 months initially.
We’re seeking an experienced Housing Officer to deliver high-quality housing management services across a designated patch- Immediate or ASAP start required.
Key Duties:
*Manage rent arrears, allocations, voids and tenancy issues
*Handle anti-social behaviour and complaints
*Provide housing advice and tenant support
*Work with partners and engage with the local community
About You:
*Experience in a housing position.
*Strong knowledge of core housing management functions
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*Able to manage a busy, varied workload
*Housing Qualification desirable.
