We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and big-hearted SEND Teaching Assistant based in Erdington, Birmingham to support pupils with Autism and ADHD.

What you will be doing:
*Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to help them engage and succeed
*Using creative, hands-on approaches to keep learning accessible and fun
*Helping pupils regulate emotions and navigate the school day with confidence
*Building strong, trusting relationships that make pupils feel safe and understood
*Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to deliver consistent, high-quality support


Who We’re Looking For:


*Hold a level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or the equivalent
*Energetic, resilient, and ready to think on your feet
*Patient and understanding, even when things get challenging
*A natural encourager who celebrates every small win
*Experience working with children in a similar setting
*Experience working with special needs children
*Based locally to Erdington, Birmingham

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
