Our client, a top-tier corporate law firm, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on an urgent basis following a recent internal promotion. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, working as the sole front-of-house representative.
The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and bring a warm, professional, and engaging approach, along with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Duties will include:
· Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner, offering refreshments where appropriate.
· Provide excellent customer service when handling telephone enquiries and receiving clients and visitors.
· Ensure reception and client meeting areas are clean, tidy, and presented to a high professional standard.
· Coordinate room bookings, liaising with hosts to confirm requirements.
· Follow security procedures for all visitors and clients, including issuing, recording, and tracking access passes.
· Handle queries and complaints calmly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
· Set up conference room equipment as required, including laptops, screens, and projectors.
· Adapt room layouts in line with client specifications and requirements.
· Arrange transport for clients, including booking taxis and car services.
· Provide administrative support to the wider business
