As a Paraplanner, you won’t just be producing suitability reports; you will be an integral part of the advice process, working directly with the Financial Advisers to ensure every recommendation is a masterpiece of compliance and technical accuracy.




Your Role: The Technical Engine
This is a pivotal role designed for someone who takes pride in high-quality suitability documentation and enjoys the intellectual challenge of complex financial planning.


*Suitability & Strategy: Produce comprehensive, compliant suitability letters across investments, pensions, IHT planning, and protection.
*Technical Analysis: Conduct critical yield comparisons and illustrations to verify the viability of recommendations.
*System Ownership: Manage client data and ensure seamless submission of advice.
*Compliance & Research: Perform deep-dive research for complex cases and liaise with central technical teams to ensure gold-standard compliance.
*Process Innovation: You’ll be encouraged to provide feedback on systems and attend adviser meetings, ensuring the "operations engine" is always running at peak performance.


What You’ll Bring
*Qualifications: You are either Level 4 Diploma qualified (Regulated Financial Planning) or are currently making strong progress toward it.
*Technical Edge: A solid understanding of the advice process and experience with financial research/illustration tools.
*Attention to Detail: A natural ability to spot the "fine print" and a commitment to producing error-free, high-spec work.
