They are currently planning for their very promising short and long term future and feel that it is essential that they hire a Practice Manager to join the team.
Although they are keen for someone to join the business immediately, team fit and a matching work ethic are imperative to success. To start with the role will be centred around client delivery and being technically capable of managing a portfolio of diverse clients, however this will progress into a role where you will play a pivotal part in overall client strategy, business development and decision making.
Ideally you will be:
*Experienced working within an accountancy practice environment previously and be capable of managing a portfolio of clients.
*Comfortable in the building of internal and external relationships, this job will be highly interactive so effective communication is essential.
*Passionate about delivering high standards of work, to maintain their client base you need to be available, attentive and interested.
*Happy working in an SME business and be part of a close-knit team where your contribution is vital.
