Job Description:
Our client who is a well-established and reputable accountancy practice is currently going through an exciting transition period due to growth within its client base and the success of some of its supplementary service lines. They are currently planning for their very promising short and long term future and feel that it is essential that they hire a Practice Manager to join the team.
Although they are keen for someone to join the business immediately, team fit and a matching work ethic are imperative to success. The team are close knit, supportive and passionate about what they do and they therefore would like someone to join them who will uphold the same values. To start with the role will be centred around client delivery and being technically capable of managing a portfolio of diverse clients, however this will progress into a role where you will play a pivotal part in overall client strategy, business development and decision making.
Ideally you will be:
*Experienced working within an accountancy practice environment previously and be capable of managing a portfolio of clients.
*Comfortable in the building of internal and external relationships, this job will be highly interactive so effective communication is essential.
*Passionate about delivering high standards of work, to maintain their client base you need to be available, attentive and interested.
*Happy working in an SME business and be part of a close-knit team where your contribution is vital.
