Job Description:
RG Consultancy are recruiting for a Legal Cashier for a very well-established firm of solicitors in Stockport. This is a part time role which has come around to support the department during a period of growth.
You will join a small team of legal cashiers in the finance department and report back to the Head of Finance.

The Role
*Purchase ledger, purchase invoices, reference to purchase orders and delivery notes
*Processing and recording all financial transactions in line with SARs
*Logging banking and issuing cheques, bank transfers
*Petty cash management
*Record incoming and outgoing invoices
*Work in accordance to VAT legislation
*Assist with annual audit preparations
*Assist with credit control duties when needed
*VAT Returns
The Person
*AAT qualified or working towards is an advantage
*Previous experience with the legal sector would be preferred
*Experience working within an accounts/financial office is essential
*IT proficient, especially in MS Excel
