Job Description:
Are you an experienced telehandler operator looking for a high-profile commercial project in York? We are currently recruiting for a skilled driver to join a major commercial development.
This is a fast-paced site requiring an operator who is confident handling large-scale deliveries and working alongside diverse commercial trades.
Key Responsibilities:*Operating a telescopic handler to move heavy materials and equipment across a commercial site.
*Unloading large-scale deliveries and ensuring organized, safe storage of stock.
*Working closely with steel fixers, groundworkers, and fit-out teams to supply materials as needed.
*Performing daily vehicle safety checks and maintaining the machine to a high standard.
*Adhering to strict commercial site health and safety protocols and RAMS.
What You’ll Need:*Valid CPCS or NPORS card (Telehandler category).
*Proven experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects.
*Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).
*A professional, safety-conscious attitude.
*Ability to follow complex site inductions and communicate effectively with the site team.
*Full UK driving licence.
